Responsibilities:
Lead Management and Analytics:
- Identify and address gaps in the lead management process, collaborating with key functions (MarCom, Inside Sales, Sales) to enhance processes and support future CRM Salesforce.com implementation.
- Design and integrate a leads database with CRM Salesforce.com to provide actionable insights to the Commercial team.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, analyze lead status and conversion trends, and refine customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas in collaboration with Sales.
- Use data-driven segmentation to optimize targeting and maximize revenue by focusing on high-value customers.
Customer Data Analytics:
- Analyze CRM data to deliver strategic insights that support Business Directors and Marketing Leads.
- Segment target audiences, map customer behaviors, and identify growth opportunities to guide marketing and commercial teams.
- Assess market share among key global and strategic accounts.
- Establish a continuous improvement framework for data modeling based on sales feedback.
- Document and implement best practices for customer engagement aligned with go-to-market strategies.
- Support Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback collection and reporting.
Market Research Analysis:
- Conduct strategic and competitive research to identify emerging threats and opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends, market indicators, and competitor activity to inform business outlook reporting.
- Evaluate market size, share, and performance across product groups and verticals.
Performance Tracking & Process Improvement:
- Develop and maintain standard reporting structures to ensure consistency and efficiency in KPI tracking
- Recommend and implement improvements in analytics processes.
- Compile customer references by product group.
- Support Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback collection and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4–5 years in business, marketing, or data analysis, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in market research, lead nurturing, business reporting, and data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, SAP, Business Warehouse, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to build large-scale databases using diverse data sources.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced multinational environment, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (native/C1 level)—able to simplify complex ideas effectively.
