Your new role
As a Senior FullStack Engineer, you will be part of the R&D team responsible for developing next‑generation retail software. Your work will focus on building and enhancing a modern POS application and cloud‑ready retail solutions using technologies such as .NET 8+, React 17, Azure, Redis, Docker, and MassTransit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing scalable, high‑performance solutions for global retail clients
- Building and maintaining a modern technology stack based on microservices and message‑driven architecture
- Investigating and resolving defects and performance issues
- Estimating new features and researching emerging technologies
- Collaborating with product teams, regional project teams, and occasionally with customers
- Implementing user stories end‑to‑end (design, development, testing)
- Participating in CI/CD processes, version control, and release management
- Testing solutions using internal tools and retail hardware
- Supporting troubleshooting and problem management activities
What you'll need to succeed
Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core and React
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, XML, REST APIs
- Experience with MS SQL, Azure SQL, NoSQL (e.g., CouchDB)
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with microservices and message‑based systems
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, CI/CD, unit testing, and version control
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Degree in Computer Science, IT systems, or a related field
Nice to have:
- Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, Kendo UI
- Jenkins, Kubernetes
- Experience with SSO/OAuth/OIDC
- Windows Controls development
