YOUR ROLE

As Contract Management Lead, you will perform Licensing contract and amendment tasks and activities for merchandise and publishing Licensees, managing the entire contract lifecycle. Review deal points (contract business terms) with Licensing, Finance, and Legal and should have the ability to identify licensee’s contract concerns, determine course of action to resolve including referring the issues to management, Legal, Finance, or Licensing.

Should have strong understanding of licensing contract lifecycle. Ability to perform complex contract and amendment tasks for all franchises and lines of business.

YOUR TASKS
  • Draft contracts, amendments, authorization letters, and related documents.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle for merchandise and publishing licensees.
  • Identify licensee contract concerns, determine course of action, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract management issues.
  • Provide updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 5–7 years of experience in contract administration; entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract management principles; solid business and financial acumen.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to review work of Contract Analysts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.
