For our Client - a well established real state investment fund, with long term asset strategy - due to further team expansion we are seeking for a experienced professional for a position of Asset Manager.
Opis stanowiska
• Participate in asset management strategy creation
• Preparation and execution of budgets and business plans
• Oversee leasing process and take part in negations with key tenants
• Implement business initiatives to enhance property value
• Supervise external business partners (leasing agents, property management providers)
• Building and maintaining positive relationship with tenants
• Prepare reports and analysis for senior management
• Implement ESG standards
Profil kandydata
• At least 5-7 years of experience within asset management area (preferably in logistics market)
• Degree in Business, Finance or related filed
• Deep understanding of financials and operations in asset management
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills
• Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
