• Lead the scoping and planning of Salesforce deployment projects, collaborating with clients to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Be responsible for Salesforce CG Cloud TPM solution configuration.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA analysts, and stakeholders, to execute project tasks and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to clients to promote adoption and proficiency with Salesforce solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
Profil kandydata
• 3 years of Salesforce CG cloud experience
• Salesforce TPM preferably, other acceptable
• Retail Execution or Sales Cloud CRM
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Ability to work US East Coast hours
