Opis stanowiska
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive the execution of engineering projects, from planning and design to implementation and testing, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Oversight of the Engineering and Maintenance departments for the facility.
• Developing and managing the overall facility capital budget and the facility maintenance budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the engineering team.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, helping them overcome challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the engineering department.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Profil kandydata
• Min 8 years of experience in project management/engineering area
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical expertise in [insert relevant technologies, frameworks, and methodologies]
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
