Technical Delivery Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise machine learning and data-driven solutions that optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency across a large-scale vehicle network of 46,000+ assets and 545+ locations.
In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of production-ready ML capabilities — including demand forecasting, intelligent asset cascading, automated contract analysis, and proactive out-of-spec risk detection — ensuring solutions are scalable, explainable, and aligned with business objectives.You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to take models from concept through deployment on AWS, translating complex technical work into measurable business outcomes.
Requirements- Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field
- Development Expertise: At least 2 years of technical experience
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE etc.), cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate at minimum.
- Client Focus: A customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Experience of US outsource projects is welcomed.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align project goals with broader business objectives.
- Mentorship: Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the audit domain.
- Complex Project Management: Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative, friendly and high-performing environment.
- Scrum Master Role: Coaching and serving the team. Driving the process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
