Senior Business Controller - Team Leader

Our client is an international real estate company. The hired candidate will be responsible for business controlling for the entire portfolio of properties managed by the company. The role combines the responsibilities of an independent business controller (focus on management accounting and working with the business) with coordination of tasks performed by other team members.

• Provide business and financial reports for management purpose
• Monitor and analyse performance of assets under management
• Analyse operational (KPIs) and financial results
• Propose action-plans and deliver recommendations to decision makers
• Prepare corporate reporting packs
• Coordinate budgeting and long-term planning
• Participate in the process of valuation
• Support closing process in collaboration with accounting
• Control quality of data and reporting
• Manage and coordinate work of a small team
• Daily cooperation with asset management

• Min. 7-years of experience in finance, including business or financial controlling
• Proven experience in commercial real estate
• Experience in managing a small team - very nice to have
• Good command of English (B2/C1)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Responsibility and goal-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactivity and the ability to collaborate with business
