Procurement Specialist

• work in an international and well-known tobacco company
• benefit system (OK system, Medical package)
• funding for the canteen - 250 PLN monthly
• flexible working hours
• temporary contract, with possibility of extention
• hybrid work (office in Cracow, Czyżyny)

• sourcing and verification of suppliers
• analysis and comparison of offers
• negotiations
• contract drafting
• cooperation with the legal department and category manager
• creation and dispatch of RFP&RFQ
• data analysis, spend reports, KPIs, QBR preparation, sustainability

• fluent english speakers (min. C1)
• minimum 2 years (Sourcing/Buying experience)
• good command of Excel and good analytical skills
• very good communication skills
• for Technical Procurement scope: mechanical engineering, engineering, technical categories background, spare parts is big asset
