About the company
For our client - a global manufacturing organization operating in the pharmaceutical sector and expanding its Shared Services Center in Warsaw - we are looking for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of finance data and SAP CFIN administration.
Scope of responsibilities:This role focuses on ownership, governance and quality of finance master data and system consistency, rather than transactional accounting activities.
- Act as owner of finance data, including Chart of Accounts structures
- Ensure consistency, completeness and quality of finance data across SAP environments
- Perform and manage functional administration activities related to SAP CFIN
- Act as a key point of contact for finance master data and CFIN-related topics
- Support audits, controls and compliance related to finance data and systems
- Drive data governance, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Cooperate closely with Finance, IT, BPO and Group stakeholders
- Support system changes, transitions and finance transformation initiatives
- Previous experience in the Finance are
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong background in finance data, accounting structures or finance systems
- Understanding of accounting principles and finance data flows
- Practical experience with SAP, including exposure to CFIN
- Experience in SSC/GBS or multinational finance environments
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality and detail
- Ability to work across Finance stakeholders
- Fluent English
