We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Balance Sheet Reconciliation team. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on operational work with coaching and mentoring in a dynamic, international environment.

Opis stanowiska

• Oversee and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and account certifications for multiple North American platforms.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness for all reconciliation processes.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with business partners and senior management to validate transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering engagement and professional development.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to building best-in-class SSC practices.

Profil kandydata

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of balance sheet and P&L accounting.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close.
• Previous experience in SSC or high-volume transaction environments (insurance, fintech, retail preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Workday preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a team management role.
