YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager – Product Launch, you will play a key role in introducing and scaling product categories across global markets. You will act as a bridge between Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring smooth and successful product launches end-to-end.

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end product launch projects across multiple regions and markets.
• Support the Commercial team in planning, preparing, and orchestrating go-to-market activities for new physical products.
• Drive the market introduction of product portfolios, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance) across HQ (Switzerland) and local markets.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness criteria.
• Ensure all key commercial and product data is properly managed, tracked, and communicated.
• Identify risks and dependencies related to product launches and proactively mitigate them.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and lead regular status updates with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure launch excellence, including readiness across channels, materials, logistics, and internal alignment.
• Continuously improve launch processes, tools, and cross-market coordination.

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience in Project Management and/or Sales & Marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience in launching physical products on the market (MUST HAVE) – ideally in an international or multi-market environment.
• Proven experience in go-to-market execution, product rollouts, or category launches.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills (English C1+) – ability to work with global stakeholders and lead discussions.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and drive solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.

• Experience in industries involving consumer goods, electronics, or other physical product categories.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and commercialization processes.
• PM certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
