Today, we are looking for a Project Manager to support a large cross-functional initiative bridging Data Analytics and Consumer Experience. You will help orchestrate activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, clear communications, and effective change management in a self-managing team environment.
YOU WILL- Orchestrate weekly meetings with the core project team.
- Draft and circulate communications to keep stakeholders informed.
- Follow up with team members on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinate timelines and dependencies across the project.
- Work closely with the capability building team to support training roll-out.
Requirements
YOU NEED- Proven project management experience in cross-functional or matrix environments.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple moving parts.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and team alignment.
- Ability to support change management initiatives and ensure adoption.
- Experience with scheduling, task follow-up, and basic project governance.
