Travel Requirements: ~40 % travel within territory
▪ Hunt for new business—generate leads, pursue prospects, and build long-term client partnerships
▪ Set ambitious sales targets, analyze performance data, and forecast growth to contribute to company-wide goals
▪ Represent the company with confidence and expertise in Poland, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services
▪ Actively research market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and position our solutions effectively
▪ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence
▪ Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized, value-driven solutions
▪ Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company quotas through relentless focus and execution
▪ Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes related to sales and client accounts
Requirements
Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
▪ At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
▪ Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
▪ A true sales hunter with a proven track record in business development or market expansion
▪ Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for performance.
▪ Excellent communicator and negotiator
▪ Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
▪ Willingness to travel and a service-driven mindset
▪ Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
▪ CRM experience preferred
▪ Fluent in Polish and English
