• Be responsible for company P&L results, growth and operational excellence,
• Lead and manage company's operational functions, including business development and sales, property management and support functions
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership team to drive business growth and profitability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational leaders, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

• Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in operations management within consumer goods or services.
• Proven track record in the management of the operations of a growing business, process optimisation, digital transformation and risk management.
• Degree in Business Finance, Legal, Business Administration, or a related field
• Leadership experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, with a particular focus on operations and online sales
• Process optimisation: Experience in implementing and optimising business processes.
• Experience with technology and systems
• Change management: ability to control change processes
• Strategic thinking but at the same time hands-on that his a leading example
• Flexible personality, multitasking, strong communicator with a down-to-earth personality
• Fluency in English is required.
