About our client

The finance team operates as a compact, highly competent unit with a clear ownership mindset and a streamlined, well‑defined scope.

• Own day‑to‑day GL accounting for assigned entities, including accruals and prepayments reconciliation and balance sheet substantiation.
• Oversee automated bank statement postings in SAP; handle exceptions when needed (low volume).
• Post supplier invoices (student/intern support available) and coordinate with vendors via the shared mailbox.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation using BlackLine; ensure documentation quality.
• Prepare inputs for internal/external audits and month‑end close tasks in collaboration with the GL Supervisor.
• Support FX‑related and prepaid calculations with strong attention to detail and control over rates and cut‑offs.

• 2-3 years of hands‑on GL/RtR experience with solid accounting fundamentals and ownership mindset.
• Working knowledge of SAP and BlackLine (or similar reconciliation tools).
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas) and ability to work with SAP extracts.
• Proficiency in English at minimum B2+ level.
• Accuracy in prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and FX cash revaluation; proactive problem‑solving.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance (or related).
