Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch Speaking B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Poland, with all relocation costs covered. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Dutch and possess a solid background in B2B sales.
As an essential part of our sales team, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with clients while promoting our client's premier products and services across the vibrant Polish market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective market research and networking.
- Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while actively contributing to the overall growth plans of the organization.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with different teams to align efforts and improve client service delivery.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to increase your product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or a similar capacity is essential.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage client accounts.
- Willingness to relocate to Poland for this opportunity.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with diverse clientele.
- 2+ years of sales experience and/or business to business (B2B) sales experience.
