Your role and responsibilities
Strategic and operational lead of the global division web strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to strategically and operationally lead the global division web strategy. Define the strategy and content as well as operate the tools, channels and agencies needed to maximize business impact of our divisional webpages – ultimately generating more sales leads.You will also showcase your expertise by addressing an outside-in perspective to align content and purposed target audiences to market awareness and lead generation targets according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.We are seeking a candidate who is ideally based in Poland, the Netherlands, Ireland or Romania. Travels will be needed on a planned base to meet with internal stakeholders. All domestic travel expenses will be covered by the company.
This role is contributing to the Electrification, Smart Power Division. Main stakeholders are internal customers, internal leaders, business and communications colleagues.
Main Accountabilities and Duties:Establish the divisional web communications strategy, in alignment with the ABB digital strategy. Work closely with business and functional representatives, marketing and sales across the organization to ensure collaboration, alignment and feasibility of the approaches.
Own and manage the divisional web presence and content, making constant improvements to improve our presence and generate more leads for the division.Manage external SEO agency and lead implementation of SEO recommendations. Produce, manage and proofread engaging web content, including but not limited to videos, advertisements, etc. Deliver keyword focused content, imagery and content development to assist SEO positioning.
Advice the global communications team to better utilize the defined SEO recommendations incl. key works across all digital communications content
Ensure data-driven approach to all digital communications. Develop and employ relevant KPIs to measure and improve digital communications effectiveness across all digital. Maintain effective measurement and monitoring workflow for the digital and web communications.Keep up to date with all Google analytics tools.
Qualifications for the role- University degree in Communications, Marketing or related Digital field with minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital communications or web, holistic understanding of communications and digital environment.
- High level of writing skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly. A writing exercise will be part of the recruitment process.
- Deep understanding of digital environment and engaging stakeholder communications in digital environment, keeping abreast of industry trends. Web editing skills (CMS such as Sitefinity, Adobe Experience manager), web usability, Google analytics, SEO, technical understanding of how the web and social media works.
- Business driven, highly motivated and skill driven personality with proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues operating as individual contributor and global teams.
- Proficient project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision to implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills to effectively lead and manage the project team and project stakeholders.
