Job Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated HR Specialist (Junior) to coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the employee lifecycle within our dynamic organization. You'll be the go-to expert for personal administration, ensuring a seamless experience for staff across assigned departments.Additionally, you may be responsible for generating HR reports and analysing data necessary for effective people decision-making process. You will be also engaged in the improving and optimalisation of our processes.
This is a temporary position for a duration of 9 months.
As you will support UK and Ireland-based employees, the work schedule will require working from 9:30 to 17:45, and the UK calendar of bank holidays will apply. Our team works in a hybrid setup, meeting in the office two days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and deliver a wide range of employee lifecycle processes from an administrative perspective for assigned departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all staff members.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for personal administration, from onboarding to offboarding, and all the milestones in between (e.g. probation review, promotions, maternity/adoption or paternity leave, changes of working hours, or renewal of fixed-term contracts).
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and other queries
- Organise and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, electronic employee files and documents in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Recruitment and Reward Teams, and line managers to ensure the smooth operation of all personal administration tasks.
- Manage holiday, sick leaves, unpaid leave requests and other time off
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, systems and tools enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse data and monitor effectiveness of the assigned processes
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience working in an HR department, demonstrated by the ability to manage high volumes of administration.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2/C1 level) necessary for day-by-day work in English
- Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to details, consistency and quality.
- Proficient in MS Office package, including Excel with the ability to deliver HR data reports.
- Strong record-keeping skills, including maintaining databases, with knowledge of HR systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and interact positively at all levels within the organisation. Strong problem solving and analytical skills; can clearly explain and present problem and issues to others and contribute to their resolution
