Opis stanowiska- Co-create organizational strategy and culture focused on collaboration, trust, accountability and entrepreneurship
- Translate company values into everyday leadership behaviors and people practices
- Build an engaging and development-oriented work environment
- Lead initiatives supporting learning, knowledge sharing and talent development
- Co-create internal rituals, leadership meetings, onboarding and internal communication practices
- End-to-end responsibility for HR processes: recruitment (local & international), development, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance and offboarding
- Design and implement talent and leadership development frameworks (feedback culture, coaching, career paths, succession planning)
- Develop and optimize compensation and benefits systems aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders and managers
- Support leaders in recruitment, development and communication processes
- Lead and develop the People & Culture team
- A strong culture of collaboration, ownership and trust
- Scalable HR processes supporting growth in Poland and internationally
- Leaders acting as mentors and culture ambassadors
- Clear, fair and transparent people systems without losing entrepreneurial spirit
- Min. 5 years of experience in senior HR / People & Culture roles (e.g. Head of People, HR Manager, Senior HRBP)
- Background in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment (startup, scale-up, tech or design-driven company)
- Proven ability to deliver HR projects end to end
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Experience in building feedback-driven, development-oriented cultures
- Very good command of English (C1 or above)
- Position: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
