Opis stanowiska
  • Co-create organizational strategy and culture focused on collaboration, trust, accountability and entrepreneurship
  • Translate company values into everyday leadership behaviors and people practices
  • Build an engaging and development-oriented work environment
  • Lead initiatives supporting learning, knowledge sharing and talent development
  • Co-create internal rituals, leadership meetings, onboarding and internal communication practices
  • End-to-end responsibility for HR processes: recruitment (local & international), development, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance and offboarding
  • Design and implement talent and leadership development frameworks (feedback culture, coaching, career paths, succession planning)
  • Develop and optimize compensation and benefits systems aligned with business goals
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders and managers
  • Support leaders in recruitment, development and communication processes
  • Lead and develop the People & Culture team
  • A strong culture of collaboration, ownership and trust
  • Scalable HR processes supporting growth in Poland and internationally
  • Leaders acting as mentors and culture ambassadors
  • Clear, fair and transparent people systems without losing entrepreneurial spirit
Profil kandydata
  • Min. 5 years of experience in senior HR / People & Culture roles (e.g. Head of People, HR Manager, Senior HRBP)
  • Background in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment (startup, scale-up, tech or design-driven company)
  • Proven ability to deliver HR projects end to end
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Experience in building feedback-driven, development-oriented cultures
  • Very good command of English (C1 or above)
