Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level (both spoken and written)
  • Active driving license category B
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Word and Excel)
  • Independence, accuracy, and good work organization

Responsibilities:

  • Internal system support - entering purchase invoices and recording employees" working hours
  • Creating summaries and reports based on data from the system
  • Contact with the Tax Office and Social Insurance Institution
  • Drafting official letters
  • Organizing business trips: preparing delegations, booking hotels, purchasing vignettes
  • Coordinating technical inspections of company cars
  • Preparing the company car for trips (fueling, cleanliness)
  • Operating the telephone switchboard and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence in Polish and English
  • Cooperation with external companies
  • Office purchases and maintaining order and aesthetics in the office space
  • Preparing content for publication on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Updating content on the website in the "News" section
  • Welcoming guests visiting the company
  • Supporting the Office Manager in daily administrative tasks
